The "Fine Print" (Made Friendly)
- Per-Unit Service Calls: You receive one free service call annually for each specific unit covered by your plan. This benefit is tied to the individual unit—if one system requires two repairs, you cannot use another unit's unused service call to cover the second visit.
- Business Hours Only: The two annual "Cozy Check" maintenance visits and the free "Llama Rescue" diagnostic must be scheduled during our standard hours (Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm).
- Discounts: Member savings are up to 10% depending on the specific repair or service required.
- Vehicle Note: Don't be surprised if you see the "Air Care" truck in your driveway for a few more weeks—our new Llama wraps are currently at the shop getting their new coats for our official launch!
