1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of Cozy Llama Heating & Cooling ("we", "our", or "us"), or by scheduling service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) repair, installation, and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers in Northeast Oklahoma. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly if safety is a concern.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to be punctual. However, service windows are estimates. If we are running late, we will communicate with you.

Cancellation Policy:

We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.
Financing is available through third-party providers regarding new installations, subject to credit approval.
Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Warranties

Workmanship: We stand by our work. Specific labor warranties are detailed on your invoice/estimate.

Parts/Equipment: Warranties for parts and equipment are provided by the manufacturer. We will assist you in processing these warranties, but we are not responsible for manufacturing defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cozy Llama Heating & Cooling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to use the service.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your home's ductwork, electrical, or plumbing systems that may be discovered during our service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
